Course Overview

The Diploma course has been designed to provide students with a broad understanding of working life and practices within the hotel and tourism industry. To achieve this goal the course has a dual perspective: it focuses both on the daily operations within the departments of a hotel as well as on the decision-making processes that lead to effective departmental and hotel management.

The course is made up of 21 weeks at the School and 20 weeks of industry placement
