Course Overview
The programme comprises a series of courses to gain different
internationally recognised qualifications.
The first course (Hotel Operations) of the three year
programme is a one-year certificate course. It is devoted to
one major theme and can be taken as a stand-alone course.
Students who hold diplomas from other hotel
schools recognised by IHTTI may enter the second or third year
directly. The entry level will be decided by IHTTI and
Bournemouth University.
